In times like these, where unpredictable fluctuations and uncertainties determine actions, companies like to rely on external support – and this for a limited time! The motives for this are manifold: additional HR projects, day-to-day business, the prevalence of short- and medium-term absence due to illness or maternity leave. The use of an external interim HR manager makes sense here.

However, there are also many small and medium-sized companies that do not have their own HR management structure and simply want to call on an external expert and HR professional for certain topics.

As a long-standing HR professional, I cover a very broad spectrum in the area of HR management and development and am therefore a competent contact person and consultant for line managers and executives.
