Development Format – Team
A team is more than the sum of its members! Strengthening, people, relationships, interaction, togetherness – Heart & Brain & Intuition.
The development format team represents a sustainable development process that allows teams to work together in a meaningful way, leads team members into a positive experience space and makes them more involved again.
The team members go through a modular development path: Starting from the individual consideration of personality structures and competencies and the accompanying self-reflection, the team members work together in the development workshop to learn more about themselves and others, to reflect on themselves and the team in a group-dynamic process and to develop mutual understanding.
Based on a common understanding and cooperation, the team members then experience relevant leadership approaches in three different development workshops and develop a common understanding of leadership, which is then put into practice in the team. Follow-up workshop discussions should support the implementation in practice.
