Each development format represents a multi-stage development process with a modular structure. Participants have the opportunity to experience themselves anew time and again, a prerequisite for development.
In addition to the modular development formats, I offer individual coaching for executives to support them in solving specific leadership issues from their day-to-day management work. Here, too, I integrate emotionally and pictorially associated experience into the coaching situation.
Training courses on specific topics can be held on request. I like to work here in cooperation with specialists in the respective subject areas.
